Carl Anthony (Smithy)SMITHSuddenly but peacefully on Saturday 10th July 2021 whilst at home, Carl, aged 39 years of Penkhull. Much loved son of Margaret and Tony, loving dad of Lola, brother of Claire and a cherished uncle. Carl will be deeply and sadly missed and fondly remembered by all his loving family and many friends. Funeral service and cremation at Carmountside Crematorium on Friday 13th August at 12 noon. At the family's request the service will be by family invitation only inside the crematorium, the service will be live streamed for everyone else. Please contact the funeral directors. You are welcome to pay your respects at the crematorium as the cortege enters the crematorium grounds. Family flowers only please by request, donations in memory of Carl to The Douglas Macmillan Hospice.
