Patricia MarySMITH (Nee Morgan)Nee Morgan Passed away peacefully on October 7th following a long illness at Stainton Lodge, aged 82 years. Dearly loved mum of Kairen and Michael, and mother in law to Terry, a grandmother, beloved friend of Shelagh and loved dog mother of Suzie. Loved friend of Tracey and a great supporter of greyhounds and Dogs In Distress. A funeral service will take place in the Chapel of St Bede at Teesside Crematorium on Wednesday October 27th at 1pm. Pat's family request that everyone wears a splash of purple; Pat's favourite colour. They also respectfully ask that masks are worn during the service. Family flowers only by request. A collection will take place in memory of Pat following the service for Dogs In Distress, G.R.A.C.E Greyhound Rescue and Hope Rescue Centre. A special thanks from Pat's family to all the staff in Ullswater Unit at Stainton Lodge for their care and support. Although I'm gone you'll find me there. The journey of life is sweeter with dogs and Pat had the sweetest, and is now running free with them all.
