GregSMITHSuddenly but peacefully on 7th May 2022 whilst at his home in Laceby. Greg aged 55 years. Dearest son of the late Connie. Dearly loved brother of Gary and Ray. Very dearly loved and respected by all his family and friends and will be very sadly missed. The service is to take place at St Margaret's Church, Laceby on Monday 4th July 2022 at 12:00pm followed by interment at Laceby Cemetery. Greg is resting at Alexanders Funeral Care, Alexander House, 70 Carr Lane, Grimsby, DN32 8JP. No floral tributes please by request but if so desired donations in lieu made payable to FREEPOST RTLE-BGYB-JBAX British Heart Foundation, Compton House, 2300 The Crescent, Birmingham Business Park, Birmingham, B37 7YE. Everyone will be made welcome back to the Laceby British Legion. Wearing football shirts would be appreciated by the family.

To my old mate, there are not enough words to express our feeling of loss. You are 1 in a million and will be truly missed by all who knew you. Loved the impromptu visits to Ontario Canada, and who can forget the night at the Grantham House. Rest in Peace. Cheers...
