JackSMITHPassed away peacefully at April Cottage Care Home on Tuesday 26th July. Aged 97. Reunited with loving wife Betty. Much loved father of Janice, Eric, Carol & Sue. Treasured grandfather and great grandfather. Gone from our sight but never from our hearts. Jack's Funeral Service will take place at Loughborough Crematorium on Thursday 25th August at 2.00pm. Family Flowers only please but donations may be made if so desired to benefit April Cottage Care Home on the day of Jack's funeral.
