Kathleen AnneSMITHPassed away peacefully, after a long illness, at Aspen Court Care Home on Thursday 22nd September 2022 aged 89 years. Much loved wife of the late Raymond and a dearly loved mum of Christopher, Andrew, Yvonne and Lorna, grandma to Lee, Vicky, Ashley, Matthew and Oliver and great grandma to Myla and Flynn. Formerly, a school teacher for many years at Chaddesden Park Infants School. Anne's Committal will take place at Markeaton Crematorium (Main Chapel) on Monday 10th October at 2.30pm followed by a service at St Mary's Church, Chaddesden at 3.30pm. Family flowers only please.
