MarySOMERSAged 95, died peacefully at home on Saturday 23rd January 2021. She will be much missed by all her family and her friends in the communities of Borrowash and Spondon. Mary's career spanned life in the WRNS, working for Boots of Nottingham, serving as a Derby Magistrate and was a member of the Catholic Womens League. The funeral will take place at St Alban's RC Church, Chaddesden at 11.00am on Wednesday 24th February and live streamed at www. derbycatholiclive.co.uk. Flowers or donations in lieu to aid the St Hugh's Church Pew Appeal are welcome. All enquiries to The Co-operative Funeralcare , 63-67 Sitwell Street, Spondon DE21 7FH. Telephone 01332 664976 .
