William 'Bill'STEPHENSSTEPHENS William 'Bill' Aged 70 years, formerly of Arle Cheltenham. Passed away on the 7th December 2020 at the Royal Glamorgan Hospital after a sudden illness. Devoted and loving husband to Janice and adored father to Emma, James and Georgina. A much loved brother and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him. A funeral service to celebrate Bill's life will be held at Midday on Monday 21st December 2020, in the Oak Chapel Cheltenham Crematorium.
