PatriciaSWANJamie, Andrew, Alyson and families of the late Patricia Ann Swan would like to thank the DGRI Ward C6 staff and doctors, Nigel Wilson and the Palliative Care Team, along with the Alexandra Unit nurses for their perfect care.
