Hazel SusanTAYLORPassed away suddenly after a short illness at the Royal Derby Hospital on 17th July 2021, aged 72 years. Loving wife of the late John, much loved mum of Johnty and Jenna and mother in law of Fiona and Andy, devoted grandma of Thomas, Zachary, Elijah and special grandma to Jessica, Ellie and Robyn. A loved great grandma of Lacey, Charlie, Kyan, Arthur and Isabella, dearly loved sister of Jennifer and a treasured auntie. A truly special lady who will be very sadly missed by all who knew her. Funeral Monday 2nd August, service 11.30 am at Trent Valley Crematorium, Aston on Trent. Please wear colour in Hazel's memory, mourning clothes are optional. Family flowers only please, if desired, donations in Hazel's memory payable to 'TASC' (The Ambulance Staff Charity) may be sent c/o Murray's Funeral Directors 25 Main Street, Findern, Derby, DE65 6AG.
