Followed by cremation at Swansea Crematorium at 2.30 pm. Family flowers only please. She was such a lovely lady, who brought a smile to my face daily. I'm so lucky to have met her and been able to care for her. Keep singing Twinkle Twinkle as you will always be my little star. God Bless xx
