Patricia AnnTHOMASAnn Peacefully on 5th February 2021 aged 79, at Bryn Ivor Lodge Care Home surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Brian, devoted mum to Caroline and Jeremy, adoring nan to Sophie and Joseph, close sister to Jaqueline and John and mother-in-law to John. Ann will be dearly missed by family, friends and all who knew her. Due to current circumstances, a private requiem mass will be held on Thursday 18th February at St John Lloyd Catholic Church. Donations in lieu of flowers may be sent to Alzheimer's Society Cymru, Regional Accounting Centre, Scott Lodge, Scott Road, Plymouth, PL2 3DU in loving memory of Ann.
