Beloved husband of Samantha, devoted father of Conner and grandfather of Nick, much loved son of Marie and the late Keith and son-in-law of Paul and Angela, dear brother of the late Nicholas and brother-in-law of Matthew and Victoria. Jeremy will be sadly missed by all his loving family and friends.
