Special thanks to all the staff at Teesside Hospice and Alice House who cared for Daniel in the final months of his life, your dedication and professionalism is appreciated and did not go unnoticed. Funeral service to take place at Kirkleatham Crematorium, Friday, November 12th at 11:00. No flowers by family request.
