PhyllisURWIN (nee Raine)Peacefully on October 17th in Stainton Lodge Care Home, Phyllis aged 89 years. Dearly loved Wife of Don, much loved Mam of Carole and Susan, dear Mother in law of Kevin, dearest Sister of Olwyn. Also a loving Grandma to Sarah, Emma and Sophie. Funeral service to take place on Friday 29th October in St Clare's RC Church at 10.30am prior to cremation in the chapel of St Hilda Teesside Crematorium. Family and friends please meet at the church. Flowers or donations in lieu if so desired to the Alzheimer's Society.
