Ann LouiseWAKEFIELDTragically taken from us on the 5th June 2021, aged 43 years. Cherished daughter of Christine and Bill, dearly loved sister of Neil and Kathryn, loved sister-in-law of Andrew and Rachel and adored auntie and Godmother of Lewis, Poppy, Abigail, Thomas, Ethan and Lily. Funeral service to be held at Church of the Holy Nativity, Chapel House on Wednesday 30th June at 10am, followed by burial at Lemington Cemetery at 11.15am (Due to government restrictions, Church Service is by invitation only.) Family flowers only; donations in Ann's memory can be made to Happy Wanderers Club and Children's Heart Unit Fund (CHUF).
