Christine MaryWALTERS(nee Baron) Aged 81, of Cassandra House, Cottingham. Passed away on 31st December 2020, after living with dementia for several years. Christine was born 9th August 1939 to Albert and Meg in Hull. After proudly graduating from Wood's Secretarial College, she took her first job at Stonehouse company where she happily worked. She met and married John Mullin, going on to have two treasured children, Derek and Suzy. Christine decided to dedicate her life being a fantastic and wonderful Mum. She excelled at loving and supporting her children through the many passions of their lives, extending this love to her Daughter in law Donna, Son in law Ian and Grandchildren Charlotte and Thomas. She has been a loved Wife of Stewart, wonderful and dearly loved sister to Margaret and hand picked Brother in law Dennis. A treasured Auntie to David, Kathryn, Shaun and Deborah. Christine was passionate about music, embroidery and supporting local charities of Hull Kingston Inner Wheel and Haltemprice Lions. When she wasn't filling her home with warmth and kindness, she could be found at her piano. We will all miss her greatly. Christine was predeceased by her devoted parents and her younger sister Jennifer. The family request only family flowers. There will be a funeral service held at Bricknell Avenue Methodist Church at 11.45am on 29th January 2021, followed by a burial at Eppleworth Road Cemetery, Cottingham. Due to the current pandemic restrictions, the funeral service is to be attended by invitation only.
