Betty (Bet)WARDnée Chapman Passed away peacefully on Sunday 27th December 2020 at Amber Lodge Nursing Home. Much loved wife of the late Len, dear mum to Robert and Gary, sister, nanna, great-nanna and friend to many. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Due to current restrictions, a private funeral service will be held at Trent Valley Crematorium, Aston-on-Trent on Monday 18th January 2021 at 11:30am. Family flowers only please. Donations are invited for Dementia UK and can be made online at www.georgesimnett.co.uk or sent directly to the charity. To our Gran,
I hope you are at peace and happy back together with grandad. Your granddaughters back in Canada are thinking of you and miss you with all of our hearts. You were such a strong lady who had the brightest laugh and smile. You were always so considerate of others around you and looked after your family. We take great value in looking after one another and that stems from your love.
