Marguerita (Rita)WOOD (nee Bennett)(Benton) Died after a long illness very bravely borne on Monday 21st June aged 88 years. Wife of the late Brian, much loved mother of Pauline and Linda, mother-in-law of Peter, cherished gran to Richard, Robbie and Joseph. Funeral service will take place at West Road Crematorium on Thursday 1st July, at 11:15am. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to the Motor Neurone Association, or Rita's nominated charity Maggie's Newcastle. Restrictions are in place. If you would like to attend please contact Pauline directly.

It's a sad time when one moves on from their family, loved ones and friends to be reunited with siblings, family and friends in Heaven. Sadly Auntie Rita is the last of her generation and our thoughts and prayers are with her family. Anne, Don, Katrina and Sarah x
