JuneYEOMANS (née Whitehouse)(née Whitehouse) Passed away, at home, surrounded by her devoted family serenely and peacefully on Wednesday 16th February 2022. Beloved wife of the late George. Loving mum to Sandra, Jackie and David. Cherished nana and great nana. Sister of the late Jean (twin) Doreen and Audrey. Brothers Bill and Jack. A much loved sister in law, auntie, cousin and friend to all that knew her. Funeral to take place at Markeaton Crematorium, Main Chapel on Friday 11th March 2022 at 3.30pm. It is June's wishes for close family flowers only, as she requested donations to be made to Rainbows Children's Hospice in her memory. These can be made online at www.georgesimnett.co.uk or sent directly to the charity. Jackie, Sandra & David would like to thank everyone who remembered June and their warm, sincere condolences during this sad time. Beautiful cards and generous donations were greatly received. Special thanks to Parkfields surgery in Alvaston, with their fantastic GP's, District nurse team and HCA's, who supported June and Jackie at home during June's final months. Thanks to George Simnett and family for looking after June with style, grace and the utmost dignity and respect during her final journey. Thanks to Val, the celebrant, who delivered a warm and wonderful service at Markeaton. To the Mundy arms for the great welcome and providing a fabulous venue for June's family and friends to celebrate June's life. Finally, a special heartfelt thanks to all of you who were there for June and Jackie over the past year with your help and support to make it the most wonderful last year of her life. Thank you!
