Phillip MichaelALCOCKPassed away peacefully with his family by his side at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham on 26th January 2019 aged 53 years. Much loved fiance of Sarah, dearly loved son of Carole and the late Bill, much loved father of Liv and dear brother of Mark. He will be very sadly missed by all his family and many friends. Funeral Monday 4th March, service 2.40pm in the Main Chapel at Markeaton Crematorium.
