SusanBARKERCalled home to Jesus at Summerhill Eventide Home, Aberdeen on Tuesday May 26th 2020. Susan Barker B.Ed. (nee Shawcross), aged 74 years (formerly of Stockport, Gtr Manchester). Much loved Mum, Sister, Aunt and devoted Granny to Emily and Grace. A friend to many. Funeral service Wednesday June 3rd, with our thanks to the Rev Louis Kinsey. Unfortunately immediate family only due to Government restrictions. With much gratitude for dedicated love and care at Summerhill and to her church family at St Columba's, Bridge of Don. 'He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away' Revelation 21:4

Wonderful lady. I have such fond memories from Tithe Barn, where 'Mrs Barker' taught me, Heaton Moor where Simon and I played as children with Hobo and her Haliborange addiction, and the amazing holidays we had at Trearddur Bay. My heart goes out to Simon and your family. Sending all my love at this sad time. x
