Dr. Calder unselfishly shared his immense online repository of images and cases that helped us create educational activities for thousands of US doctors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to enhance the care they provide to patients. Sad that his repository of work is no longer available. His legacy of education and patient care will live on. Rest in peace!

I knew Ian for many years. He was a wonderful man, and very modest considering his achievements. His work in the medical field will live on for many years. Ian treated prince and pauper alike.
He will be sorely missed.

Dr Calder was a wonderful man that I had the pleasure of working with for many many years in the beginning of my career, from giving him a lift to and from a train station, to even sometimes parking his car and of course letting him eat the biscuits in the tea room.
Deepest sympathy to his family.
