Yesterday we said our "Goodbyes" to you Baz. You will never be forgotten. You helped so many young people and brought laughter and joy to so many with the wonderful work you did for Probation, Hamoaze, Harbour, the theatre and all the drama groups. Will miss our "fish and chips days" with you and Eileen, the visits to see the various shows including part of your Christmas present from me each year tickets to see the Pantomime, the shows you put on at Hamouse, Stables Theatre Group, Shaugh Prior to name but a few. The garden parties at Babs each time when you were on washing up duty and I was wiper up and dish collector!! The laughter that rang out in the Theatre audience when in one scene your fellow actors missed out a whole scene and you calmly told him so (you stupid boy!) and started the scene again. It almost brought the house down!!!! The Stables Theatre rendition of 1. The Wombles and 2. The Happy Wanderer to name back a few. Supervising the Plymouth Explorers on the Duke of Edinburgh camping out for their Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards. The residentials at Princes Hall, Batchelors Hall, Bovisand, Neathern Brock to mention just a few!!! So many many memories. I will miss our visits to Sainsbury's only for you to make a beeline for the DVDs and CDs and me to go and get the household shopping for Eileen! So many many wonderful memories. Rest well my friend and legend.
