We would like to thank everyone for the very generous donations given on David's behalf. A substantial amount has been collected and is to be donated equally between St Lukes hospice, Winsford, as David was a regular donor, and Maggies in Manchester who were invaluable to Jan during David's illness. A great big 'thank you' to everyone who has contributed.
The amount collected reflects how much he was loved by all who knew him.

David you were and always will be my beautiful, funny, clever and caring boy.
To lose a precious son like you is beyond compare.
You would have loved the music at you send off, I think we chose well as we all know music played a big part in your life, maybe even more than football.
You were so easy to love, but so very hard to loose.
Rest easy my lovely boy.
My son, my heart, my everything.

David, If you could read the tributes you would be surprised and humbled by how you had affected everyone you came into contact with. The world is a lesser place without you in it.
