Thank you for all the many cards, phone calls, messages, flowers and the generous donations received in memory of John towards Gofal Dydd, Capel y Waen. We would like to express our gratitude to all the staff and carers involved in John's care over recent years particularly at Ty Cariad, Abergele over the last twelve months.
