Linda JoyceOWENSOWENS - LINDA JOYCE, . From Gannock Park, Deganway. Passed away after a long illness with Crohn's on 7th October 2021, in the care of the D.O.S.A Ward Team at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd, with her loving husband Robin by her side. Linda's family wish to thank all staff who cared for her incredibly well during her time in hospital from the 9th September. Beloved wife of 52 years to Robin, loving mum to daughter Catherine and adoring Nain to grandson Will. Caring sister to Sandra Mary and sister-in-law to her late husband Rod. Caring sister-in-law to Christine and Kenneth, Phil and Carol and aunty to David, Andrew and Fiona. Highly respected cousin of Terry, Christopher, Keith and David. Linda was a highly respected teacher at Ysgol San Sior, Llandudno where she loved teaching year three under the Head Teacher Mr. Ian Keith Jones whom she highly respected. Prior to this, Linda spent many years with Robin teaching in Nigeria and Zambia. She will be deeply missed by Robin, Catherine and Will and all her family, friends and people who knew her. Linda was one of the best. Family service by invitation only but donations towards Crohn's and Colitis UK would be gratefully received via Donald Roberts Funeral Directors, 46 Maes-y-Llan, Penmaenmawr. Shocked and saddened to hear of Linda’s passing last week. Having both been on similar journeys with Crohns we would text or call each other and help each other if we could with tips and advice.
Mum thought so highly of Linda to. A lovely kind lady with a heart of gold. Who shall be missed by so many
