Diolch hefyd i Dr Bruce Griffiths am ei deyrnged o'r galon. Diolchwn hefyd i Gwenan o wasanaeth Rose and Thistle am ei charedigrwydd a'i phroffesiynoldeb. Hoffai'r teulu ddiolch i'r holl staff ym Meddygfa Porthaethwy am ei gofal di-flino ar hyd y blynyddoedd. Pat, Arfon and Angharad wish to express their sincere thanks to family, friends and neighbours for their kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement. Thank you for all the cards, phone calls, visits and generous donations to Air Ambulance Wales. Thanks to the Reverend Alun Morton Thomas for his time and efficient conduct of the service and to Dr. Bruce Griffiths for his heartfelt tribute. Our sincere thanks to Gwenan of Rose and Thistle Funeral Services for her caring and professional arrangements. The family would also like to thank all the staff at Menai Bridge Surgery for their unfailing care of Eddie over many years.
