SusanBAKERSusan passed away peacefully on the 29th November 2019 at University Hospital Wales. Daughter of Joan Akerman and late Terry Akerman, mother to Shane and Anthony and dear grandma to Ruby and Carys. Service to be held at Roath Court Service Chapel with the interment at Thornhill Cemetery on Tuesday 17th December at 12:15 & 1.30pm. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to the British Heart Foundation.
