JoanPARKINSSadly on Thursday 19th December 2019, Joan passed peacefully away at UHW, in the presence of her loving family, aged 87 years. Dearly loved and cherished wife of the late Victor (Jock), devoted mum to Tony, Malcolm, Wayne, Ian, respected mother in law to Jacqui, treasured Nan to Joanne, Kes-Hia, Jamie, Shelly, Emma, Lydia and Nan Nan to Jake, Lacey, Alfie, Kian, and Freya. Joan was loved by her family, friends, and will be sadly missed by all but never forgotten. Funeral service will be held at James Summers, Roath Court Chapel, on Tuesday 7th January 2020 at 1.30pm. Followed by burial at Western Cemetery for 2.30pm. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if desired, would be appreciated for Dementia UK via a retiring collection at the funeral home.
