PaulinePLUMMERPeacefully on Monday 2nd September, Pauline passed away at her home, leaving behind her 3 daughters and sons in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a great-great granddaughter. Wife of the late Charles and mother to her son the late Steve. She will be dearly missed by all of her family. Resting at D.Caesar Jones Funeral Home, 55 Pantbach Road, Rhiwbina, until the service on Friday 27th September at Cardiff and Glamorgan Crematorium and Memorial Park, Barry, CF62 9XP at 11am followed by burial at Western Cemetery.
