Husband of the late Irene and sadly missed by Val and Harry Burwood and Marita and Nigel Hughes. Funeral Service and Committal at Colwyn Bay Crematorium on Tuesday, 14th May at 10.15 a.m. No flowers please, donations in lieu kindly accepted towards North Clwyd Animal Rescue, Trelogan per Ivor Howatson & Son, Ruthin Road, Denbigh. I knew Frank when he first came over from Australia to meet up with his wife Irene . I had met Irene in London , and together with John Fairbrother , we started the City of London Archaeological Society . Frank gave my son Richard extra tuition and this was a great benefit to his university education . Unfortunately , over time I lost contact with Frank , even though I Iive not too far from Denbigh . I only discovered this obituary when searching for any details of Irene's life . She , together with her daughter Lesley , had been great friends for several years in London and on various archaeological digs around the country . I wonder if there is any way that I could find out any more details about Irene and her life ?
