Elwyn, Sioned, Llinos and the family wish to extend their sincere thanks to everyone for all the expressions of sympathy and kindness shown to them in their bereavement, and for the generous donations of over a thousand pounds raised in Eleri's memory. Special thanks to the Alaw Day Unit at Ysbyty Gwynedd, and the Heulwen Day Unit and Acute Care Unit at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd for their care. Thanks also to the officials at Hebron Chapel, Old Colwyn, to the Reverends Trefor Lewis and Helen Wyn Jones for a heartfelt service and to Ifor Clwyd for playing the organ. Finally, thanks to Arwel Clwyd of R W Roberts & Son for the dignified funeral arrangement. Many thanks to everyone.
