LesBESSANTGateshead, late of Cardiff Passed away peacefully on 22nd August 2018 after a short illness. He will be greatly missed by brothers Steve and Geoff, sister in law Anne and nieces Rachel, Zoe, Hannah and Megan. A memorial/ celebration of his life will take place on Wednesday 26th September 2018 at 1:30pm at the Mulberry Suite, Angel View Inn, Low Fell, Gateshead NE9 7UB. All are welcome. Donations in memory of Les can be made to Macmillan at www.macmillan.tributefunds.com/leslie-bessant

I knew Les only in our cyber community of peers who use a particular cloud platform in our work. He was always very helpful to me, smart, witty, and everything I aspire to be in the profession in which we work. He will be missed by many; our loss is great.
