Alan was my cousin. He was great when we were younger. I have good memories of him taking his brother Noel and myself to the pictures on a Saturday. He also took us to the old drill hall to do our cycling test. I have nothing but good memories of Alan and although we didn't see a lot of each other I will miss knowing he is not with us anymore.
RIP Alan you were a true gent.
