Pictured here a few years ago it and doesn't take any imagination to see the glint of mischievousness. The sort of guy who everyone was happy to see and brought smiles to all. He will be missed

I have come to know Joe through playing chess in the swansea league. I loved our chats at the end of the evenings games. He always had a twinkle in his eye and loved to cause a bit of mischief, he always made me laugh. I will miss him and send my condolences to the family
Best Wishes
