Jordan JosephBAKERBAKER - JORDAN JOSEPH, February 24, 2019. Passed away in Australia aged 23 years. Beloved son of Jill; brother of Alicia; grandson of John and Kath Mawson; partner of Erin. A celebration of Jordan's life will be held at Capel y Porth, Porthmadog at 12.00 midday on Monday 11th of March, followed by private cremation at Bangor Crematorium.
