Elwyn ClwydEDWARDSEDWARDS - ELWYN CLWYD, August 20, 2019. Passed away peacefully at Ruthin Hospital. Elwyn, from Dyffryn Coediog, Pool Park, Ruthin, was the much loved husband of Carol Edwards, Gayla House, loyal brother of Eifion Edwards and proud Uncle and Great Uncle. Former Leader of Denbighshire County Council, dedicated Ruthin Councillor. and Senior Civil Servant with the Ministry of Agriculture. Funeral on Thursday, September 5. A Memorial Service will be held at St Peters Church Ruthin at 2pm. No flowers please. Donations in memory of Elwyn, if desired, to Local Charities. Arrangements by Dowell Brothers of Ruthin.
