Thomas MaldwynEVANS19 January 2021. Peacefully at 3 Poplar Grove, Llanrwst, formerly of 28 Cae Llan, Llanrwst. Aged 89 years. Devoted husband of Catherine and beloved father of Anne and the late Jill. Father in law of Ron. Loving Taid of all his grandchildren. Dear brother of Winnie, Terry, Dorris, Nancy, Eileen and the late Peggy, Gwennie and Sheila. Maldwyn was a faithful employee for 43 years at Dolgarrog Aluminium Works as a plumber. He was a staunch supporter of the Royal British Legion and was also a past member of the Order of the Buffaloes. Private funeral on Tuesday 2 February 2021. Service and committal at Colwyn Bay Crematorium at 2.45pm. Family flowers only please but donations in memory of Maldwyn will be gratefully received towards Cancer research and the Salvation Army c/o Robin Roberts, Meredith Jones Funeral Directors, Dolwar Chapel of Rest, Parry Road, Llanrwst, LL26 0DG.Tel. 01492 640348. 19 Ionawr 2021.
