The day was long, then night then morn,
I knew that soon you would be gone,
I held your hand so warm in mine,
Soon we would be out of time,
To stay with us you fought so hard.
A million of pieces went my heart.
Now a photo I look at to see your smile,
I keep your number on my speed dial,
A video I watch to hear your voice,
This I do, I have no choice.
But great memories I will always keep with me,
Your love in my heart for eternity.

Happy heavenly Birthday mammabear. Where do I even start . I was definitely the luckiest kid ever to have you as my mother. We shared the most incredible bond that even death can't break .You were there for my first breath and I was there for your last 💔 The day your heart stopped beating was a day mine broke into two. The day I lost you I lost a massive part of me too . I've been so lost in the dark trying to find my way . I keep remembering things you told me and plans you had for me . It's what keeps me going. I continue to do all these things because somehow I know your looking down on me saying "That's my brown eyed girl" ❤ I hope that I continue to make you proud mamma or even half as much as I'm so very proud of you . One year today that I cwtched you tight held you're hand as you looked deep into my eyes into my soul even . I knew it was you're time and that you continued to fight for me and us . I told you to close your beautiful blues. I told you how proud of you I am. How much I love you and how you have suffered beyond words. And it will be ok it will never be ok. But enough now mamma .

As you held my hand tight and took you're last breath with strength and dignity. I know you needed me to say it .
Those were the hardest words as I wanted to say a million things but goodbye was not one of them.
Every day hurts just as much as the first.
The day you took you're last breath a huge piece of me went with you .

You were my best friend, my rock my world my everything.
