ClareHORTONHORTON - CLARE, October 2, 2019. Clare Horton of Tywyn passed away peacefully on Wednesday, 2 October 2019 aged 56 years. A much loved daughter, sister, aunt, great aunt, friend of fellow physiotherapists, healthcare professionals, patients and legions of friends across the world. A celebration of Clare's life will be held at Aberystwyth Crematorium on Wednesday, 30 October 2019 at 1pm. Clare requested that bright colours are to be worn. Family flowers only but donations in memory of Clare will be gratefully accepted towards Cancer Support UK c/o Selwyn Evans, D J Evans Funeral Directors, 47 Maengwyn Street, Machynlleth SY20 8EB. Clare was beautiful inside and out a massive zest for life and adventure. A great team player on the hockey pitch who never gave in. And God bless you for helping me and my daughter adapt to my wheelchair with your physio ninja skills. A truly beautiful women inside and out. So sad.
