Dr John FrederickO'CALLAGHANO'CALLAGHAN Dr John Frederick We are sad to announce that John Frederick O'Callaghan who was born in Neath on 25th September 1943, passed away on 27th April 2020, at Neath Port Talbot Hospital, aged 76 years. Beloved husband of Patricia Dearly loved father of Jeremy Devoted grandpa to Lucy, David, Eleana, James and Harry Cherished great grandpa to Lili, Evie and Alfie Loving brother to Michael. John's funeral will be held at Margam Crematorium on Monday 11th May 2020. Due to Covid-19, only a small number of people will be allowed to attend, so the family ask if you could please stay at home and stay safe. They will be arranging a memorial at a later date when all will be able to celebrate his life. Family flowers only, if you would like to make a donation to Parkinson's UK then please send c/o Mr Gareth A.
