I only heard of Mick’s untimely death tonight from a member of Bedworth band. Mick was an accomplished Euphonium player who taught me a lot and welcomed me warmly to the Arley band. I will always remember him fondly and with great respect to his talent.

Mick, I hardly knew you - but in the brief time I did - you always had a smile and time for a chat. I had the utmost respect for you, a true loss to all his family and friends. Thoughts with you all at this sad time x
