Singu RaoDR SREEHARIIn loving memory of our beloved Father and Grandfather. Dad was born on 1st July 1945 in Andhra Pradesh in Southern India. He was the first member of his family to become a medical Doctor in 1971. He arrived in England on 24th January 1972. He worked as a junior Doctor at Manchester Wythenshawe Hospital. He specialised as an Anesthetist in 1980. In 1984 he became a GP. On 21st August 1989 he started Amington Surgery from his living room. He worked tirelessly over the course of the last 30 years to serve the people of Tamworth and built the surgery to what is now known as Tri-Links Medical Practice. During this time he also worked for the Army at Lichfield Barracks and did anesthesia at Sir Robert Peel and Good Hope Hospital. He enjoyed being a Doctor and said if he were reincarnated he would do the same again. He passed away at Good Hope Hospital on 26th March 2019 at 4.11am. The family would sincerely like to thank all staff at Tri-Links Medical Practice. The Philip Ward at SRP and during his final days, St Giles Hospice and all AMU staff at Good Hope Hospital. For his GP Dr Graham Bruce for being a friend and his Doctor since 1989. May his soul rest in peace.

An absolutely brilliant Doctor, caring, kind, compassionate, honest, integrity and extremely supportive. Dr Sreehari was one of the nicest gentleman I have ever met. He talked me through my breast cancer and treatment in 2016/17 and said my door is always open for you. His legacy lives on with his family following in his footsteps. May you Rest In Peace for eternity. Jan Wadrup who owes you her life. Xx

I had no idea about the passing of this fantastic doctor until now. He was a true gentleman. My experiences of him were always that he gave the patient ownership of their health and wellbeing while giving excellent service and advice to both me and my family. My thoughts are with the family and practice. He will be greatly missed. Patricia Cooper.
