MauraFAIRSadly passed away on 30th June 2019, aged 59. She will be greatly missed by her partner Steve, all her family and friends. Funeral service at Our Lady and St Brigid RC Church, Northfield, 19th July, at 12 noon. Followed by cremation at Lodge Hill. Family flowers only. Donations to Cancer Oncology and Neurology Unit at QEH and St Mary's Hospice.

I was deeply addened when I heard that Maura had passed away.. She always showed me such kindness whenever I met her. I know she is and will be badly missed,. I am so sorry I can't be at her funeral but will be thinking of you all lots.and lighting candles for her across the water.. Mind yourselves and know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers. Dearest Maura I will always remember you with your most welcoming lovely smile whenever we met. You were always caring and generous and ready to be there to make others feel welcomed and happy. May you now rest in peace from pain, with mum and the other departed loved ones of your family. I will miss you but you will always remain in my thoughts, heart and prayers. I am so very sorry for your loss. I worked with Maura for many years and she was an inspirational, devoted and strong woman. She helped me massively lots of times in both personal and work related trials and tribulations. She became a friend as well as a colleague. I won’t be able to attend the funeral as I’m out of the country but I will be thinking of you all. May she fly high with the Angels and rest in heavenly peace. Gone but never forgotten.
