JohnFLEMINGPeacefully on 29th June 2024, whilst at home with his loving wife by his side,
John aged 85 years sadly passed away.
A much loved and devoted husband of Di, a loving and adored dad of Tracy and Paul, a dearest father-in-law of Ian and Shell, a treasured grandad of Liam, Ryan and Dan, great grandad of Lexi, a dear brother-in-law of Keith and Debs, uncle of Alex, a good friend and neighbour to many.
John will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
A service to celebrate John's life will be held at the Grimsby Crematorium on
Thursday 25th July at 1:30pm.
By request no floral tributes, but if so desired a donation in lieu may be sent to the Merchant Navy Welfare Board, 8 Cumberland Place, Southampton, Hampshire, SO15 2BH.

Dearest John (my Northern hunk!),
We want to thank you for being the best brother in law ever and accepting us all into your family, we only wish that it could have been sooner. For being an excellent uncle to Alex, who adores you and for letting Tia roast herself in front of your fire, for always being there with your kindness, wisdom, great advice and banter.
You are truly a great gentleman, an absolute legend, who always looked dapper.
