SELDON Frances Rosalie Peacefully on 1st February 2019, Frances of Ilston Way, West Cross. Loving wife of the late Howard, devoted mother of Helen and the late Richard, mother-in-law of Peter, cherished nana of Jonathan and dear sister-in-law of Marjorie. She will be sadly missed by sisters and nieces. Funeral service Wednesday 20th February at Mumbles Baptist Church at 1.45pm followed by interment at Oystermouth Cemetery (Section AA).
