AdaDAWSONAt rest on 29th December 2018, at Springbank Nursing Home, Ada aged 93 years. Dearly beloved wife of the late Jimmy of Burslem, much loved mum of Jill and Susan, loved mother in law of Michael and Phil, treasured nana of Maria, Steven, Leanne and Katie, cherished great nana of Megan, Jayden, Jonas, Olivia and Emily, great great nana of Hugo, a loving sister in law and aunty. Funeral service and cremation at Carmountside Crematorium on Monday January 14th at 11am. Will relatives please accept this intimation, friends kindly meet at Carmountside. Family flowers only please. Donation preferred for the MS Society. I have very fond memories of Aunty Ada. I remember when I was a child my mother and I would go often to visit her at her house at Trubshawe Cross and would sometimes go and get fish and chips. Years later I introduced my own children to Auntie Ada. She always made a big fuss about them and invite them round for afternoon tea. They still remember her. Ada and my mother were very very close. RIP Ada.
