Service to take place on Tuesday 5th October 11.30 am at the Chanterlands Crematorium (Large Chapel ) Family flowers only please. Donations may be left at the service for Dove House Hospice. Resting at John Parkin & Son, 3 Saltshouse Road. Tel. 376104.
