My dad was a simple man, old fashioned type.
He never said a bad word about anyone.
He saw the good in everyone.
We all had wonderful times over the years in Southern Ireland in Pallasgreen. We all enjoyed the craic, and the Guinness was tasty too.
He loved cycling over the years, and he would meet his friends down in Burry Port harbour. They would all have a good chat and a laugh.
He would meet up with Brian ( the butcher), Alan Thomas, Craig and Godfrey Peters. Godfrey gave my dad lovely photographs of them all taken in the Burry Port harbour.
My dad never wanted to go abroad to Spain. He was happy meeting up with his friends down the Burry Port harbour.
