I have been lucky enough to have had three great men in my life, all of whom have now been taken from me. I looked up to each one and aspired to be like they were. Mike, you were one of them. You were a true gentleman who displayed kindness to family, friends and strangers on a daily basis. The dignity and courage with which you carried yourself through the last few months were inspirational. My heart is heavy with your loss. It was an honour to call you father-in-law and friend.
